References

I included references that we think are helpful for people using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.  Two of the references are related to CBT, one is related to resilience, and the other two are related to this app, Mood Sentry.  I find it useful to review the first three references every now and then.  The other two references are really there for people other than me.  One refers to this blog, and the other is a Contact Us sheet.  Are there any other references you think might be worth while?  Let me know.
