New Tool: Barriers and Breakthroughs

This is a new tool that will be in the next release.  This is a two window tool, like the Event Log.  The top window is for entering in thoughts that serve as barriers to actions of feeling good.  The kind of thoughts that may be getting in your way of doing things.  The lower window is for those thoughts that will help you breakthrough those barrier thoughts and achieve what you'd like to achieve.  There is an example, and like all examples probably tells you more about me than you care to know.  I hope this tool helps.  Expect the updates to be released this week.
