Set Some Goals for Sunday

As suggested yesterday, I set some goals for today which helped me focus a bit today.  Note that I didn't get to everything on my list, but that's OK.  I came up with other, more important items to address and got those done instead.  I made time to review My Experiences this morning, which helped quell some thoughts related to all or nothing thinking and should statements.  Tonight I prepared for tomorrow by thinking about my day and setting some goals.  We'll see how tomorrow unfolds.
