Today started out pretty well, with a hike to the local foothills. On my return I relaxed and worked on the next update to the Android version of Mood Sentry. Then a movie and now the ER. My mother in law fell and hit her head. She'll be OK. Lots of waiting, so I took the time to review multiple tools and entries in Mood Sentry. There were multiple times when distortd thoughts crept into mt head today. I think most of them were should statements. I didn't realize that should statements were so prevalent in my thoughts. I think I managed to handled most of them pretty well. i'll keep an eye on them and see if those statements taper off.
