I have multiple tasks going on, all involving interactions with other people and thus driving forecasts of conflict and failure. I found myself feeling a bit anxious about tomorrow, and realized it was these forecasts that were driving my anxiety. I reviewed my experiences with emphasis on the jumping to conclusions entry. It didn't eliminate the feeling, but it reduced it.
