I'm still having a tough time at work. I'm making good use of Mood Sentry in the morning, which is helping me start my day on good footing. To be honest, I'm not making good use of the app later in the day. I just feel too busy and don't think about using the app later in the day. I'll see how things go tomorrow. Sometimes when I get like this, just posting about it motivates me to use the app throughout the day.
